Basics for League of Nations
- US did NOT join because it was an alliance
- We just ended WW1 and many (irreconcilaibles) did not want to be pulled into another war
- Wilson favored the League: It was his 14th Point of his famous 14 Points (for Peace)
- The League eventaully died out and was replaced by the United Nations (UN)
- The European Allies did join the league
- President Wilson suffered a stroke and eventually died while speaking around the country and promoting the League and his 14 Points
